During these changing times, virtual live yoga can help us to feel connected, energised and calm. Classes are held online using Zoom every Wednesday evening: Monday at 18:15 (cancelled until lockdown lifts) Wednesday at 18:15 Wednesday at 19:30 Classes are a virtual LIVE class. You will be sent instructions to download and install Zoom. Joining the class is easy. A video recording of class is available each week to practice in your own time if you prefer.
